I’ve worked with several amazing nonprofits over the 18 years I’ve been in #lawenforcement and they’re all awesome in their own way. One of the most positively impactful nonprofits to the youth in our #community is the #eastsidepugs at @ring_sports_united. The ESP is a #boxing program under @usaboxing and led by Coach @oathermark and his selected coaches. It allows youth a chance to learn the sweet science and earn their membership in a structured, positive environment.
The pandemic struck hard and the gym got a standing 8 count while relocating and preparing to reopen. Just don’t call it a comeback!
