Seminar @gymroyale_amsterdam last night was 7-9pm. Afterwards, I took pictures for around 30min. I was dying to train (didn’t train on Monday due to traveling) so I started getting rounds in with all of the Black Belts & advanced students. I didn’t stop rolling until almost 11pm… I got my training “fix” & feel balanced again & everyone loves to feel the @timeless_jiujitsu 😁
