Officer Rich Peterson is the training coordinator for SPD’s Defensive Tactics program and one of the most well rounded martial artists I’ve ever met. Stick, empty hand, standup or ground, Rich has something for wherever the fight goes and he reminds me a lot of sensei @erikpaulson in his skill and teaching style.
