People never think you need self defense, until it’s too late. She is lucky she is alive. This is a perfect example of the dangers in this world. She wasn’t doing anything besides minding her own business. Jiu-Jitsu can absolutely save your life.

Good thing for the civilian that move in to help, but a special props to the victim who continue to fight, and while on her back, she continued to provide distance management by using her legs to keep the attacker away. This is a self defense #jiujitsu technique that is taught at every Jiujitsu school. I seriously hope she is ok, and I would love to meet her, perhaps even get her to train with either myself or a recommend a school near her #elprofe🥋
