Joel shows the basic setup and execution for the gi version of the Peruvian Necktie. I have yet to pull this move off against higher belts because they always block my passing of the collar through to set the move up (Joel even said, “there’s going to be a battle here”). If you can figure out how to win the battle of passing the collar through then it will be a cakewalk after that.
