The Stiff Arm Guard Defence technique. This is an enormously easy guard protection technique and it seems to me that it is massively under-utilised. Maybe because it isn’t fancy? maybe because, it’s too simple or obvious? I don’t know. But what I do know is that it works. On the mat in your academy and in competition.
