This is a basic, quick and easy little video on strike defence using our guard position and some simple Jiu-Jitsu skills. I like to take my new students over this so that they can have an essential awareness of strikes from the guard position when grappling. How we can control our opponent, prevent their strikes and then turn them over so that we can deliver strikes of our own. I hope you enjoy guys…
