<p>Spartan Workout Challenge Circuit<br />
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other.  After you complete 10 exercises rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 rounds. Warm Up before and stretch after the workout. </p>
<p>1. Alternating One Arm Kettlebell Swing to High Pull – 16kg<br />
2. BOSU Ball Burpees<br />
3. Hip Thrusts to Abs Spring Ups<br />
4. Dumbbell Squat to Jump Squats – 35lbs<br />
5. Incline Dumbbell Double to One Arm Press – 35lbs<br />
6. Renegade Rows – 30lbs<br />
7. Reverse Lunge Med Ball Rotations 9lbs<br />
8. Alternating Hammer Curls – 20lbs<br />
9. Swiss Ball Stir The Pot<br />
10. Plyometric Hindu Squats</p>

<p>Perform 50 reps of each exercise one after the other with little to no rest. Complete all reps for the exercise before moving to the next exercise. Rest for 1 minute and repeat for 2 full rounds.<br />
