Complete as many rounds as possible in under 40 minutes with no rest periods. Rafael finished 4 rounds within the time limit and kept his heart rate ranging between 130-160 beats per minute. Don’t let your cardio get stale. Spice up your aerobic conditioning with this 40 min AMRAP workout.

If they are protecting the neck, there is always a way to attack the arm. Here I was looking for the Brabo choke & as my opponent was resisting his arm getting pulled across my body, I was able to catch it in a reverse arm lock.
