The clinch is a range of fighting in #muaythai that has an infinite number of possibilities, counters and re-counters. I incorrectly assumed that if I established inside limb position Iโd be safe from elbows and punches. Wrong! Generally speaking, inside limb position is better, however, there is a lot of game from the clinch besides just looking for inside positioning. My good friend @warriorstrengthtrainer was super patient with me and he did an awesome job of explaining and showing me some incredible details about clinch work in the art of eight limbs.
