Choke from Side Control – “Toco Choke”

A lapel choke from side control that Gary Berger learned in Rio De Janiero from a professor named Francisco “Toco” Albuquerque, student of the late Carlson Gracie & teacher of Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu. His school is named Nova Geracao. Toco said that he used this technique throughout his career with great success.
