🧠 I used my left knee to pull the head of my opponent of the mat so that way he can’t react with a “bridge” or “upa”. Also, that knee under my opponents head helped me to pass my right leg under his head…easy to figure four my legs.
That gave me a PERFECT ANGLE. Remember it: “TRY-ANGLE 📐” you must find the angle always. 😃.
🏔 I don’t see people mounting much nowadays cause they don’t know how to stabilize or control the situation. Also, they’d don’t have good transitions from side control to mount (I taught a lot about it on my “side control dominance” instructional).
