Attack, attack, attack thats the name of the game. Being offensive minded is always the best way to go into a match or training sessions. This attack is one I have had a lot of success with back when we could grab the legs. It’s has a lot of excellent applications in Jiu-Jitsu as well seeing that 90% of people in the sport what nothing to do with the standing position.
