The Best Leglock Position (and How to Get There)

An excerpt from The Modern Leglock Formula (http://www.grapplearts.com/leglocks) about one great way to get to the most powerful leglocking position! The starting position in this video – known as “Ashi Garami” – is relatively easy to get to but also relatively easy to escape. In this sequence Rob Biernacki shows you how to move from the Ashi Garami to the “411 Position”, which is the most powerful, hardest to escape position in all of leg locking.
