Please explain how training in a GI helps in MMA. Dont get me wrong i see its significance in BBJ but i have trained in Submission Wrestling for years but i dont see how being able to use your uniform in BBJ would help you in MMA when its illegal to do so.

Penn also rolled the wrong way if he wanted out of that heel hook. Penn is simply losing his luster. It eventually happens to all fighters, it's inevitable.
