An extremely effective submission technique in BJJ. Used often and with great success by my students both on the mat and at competition – The Bow and Arrow Attack! But when it’s used a lot it does not take long for the other students to work out escapes. Then it becomes far more difficult to complete this awesome submission. But not impossible. In fact far from it. With a little attention to timing and technique, you can plug those holes in this technique and get that submission every time. Check out this video and give it a try on the mat.
