Butterfly Belt Row to Take the Back

Belt Row # 3

This is a tricky transition but I go over some of the little details that help me personally take the back.

Remember to hold onto the belt until you switch grips. If you let go of the belt early you lose a lot of the control that is afforded by the Belt Row.

Also pay attention to the transfer of weight that I make my training partner do with his feet. This can really help take the leg over the head.

Lastly, make sure you never compromise your neck to try and get to the back. Hurting your neck is muito mal.
