Butterfly guard pass. 2 Variations.

In the first variation, I try to unhook one of his butterfly hooks. I succeed and go on with the first variation.
This is a very tight pass. One of my best guard passes. When my opponent sees it coming, mostly he is unable to do something to prevent it, even though I take my time and he knows exactly what I’m going to do. This move is very powerful.
But sometimes, I can’t even unhook his butterfly hook. The guy has long legs and good hooks. So instead of going against his directional force, I pin his leg down. It’s very easy for me because he straightens his legs so he could maintain his hook.
I switch the position of my head (because of the principle that the head and legs can’t be in the same direction in a guard pass, every pass), and continue with a similar path, but on the other side.
These are very high percentage and frustrating.
