  1. Holy smokes John.
Something so simple as picking up a computer
    ends in losing his life.
I agree 100%, keep the ego in check. You never
know who will escalate to deadly force if/when
an argument starts. A store clerk??? Really???
    Yes, even a store clerk.
Wow, I need to get some "on the mat" training.
Thanks again for a video with some great lessons.

    Be safe!

  2. So many times on this channel I’ve watched people get stabbed because they just stood there while a person wielding a knife threatens them. This man could have used the counter to his advantage and gotten away but just stood there instead. So sad ?

  3. Someone has had enough with customer service.
Seriously, I get your store policy, I get that he needed a receipt, but getting hit with a water bottle doesn't mean you get to stab someone to death…
    AND YOU WORK THERE!
    What's the point of running?
I'm sure your coworkers know your name, maybe even where you live.
You just threw your life and the customers life away over a receipt…
    Was it worth it?

  4. Life Lesson #1: Cultural norms and 'reasonable reactions' differ around the globe – don't assume anything. Customer must have really been aggressive. Smaller guy trapped in his 'register cave' with the customer pressing him to 'hand it over'. Never a good idea to threaten someone else unless you are prepared to go 'all-in'. See a knife, run – don't walk.

  5. John & fellow subscribers, Do you buy a pre built med kit or do you piece it out yourself? I'm looking at buying/building one to keep in the car. Im buying a few things on payday, priority tho is a tourniquet for EDC.

  6. seems to me the victim needed to learn the rules of business if you are required to show recipt then guess what you are required to show recipt, didn't deserve to die but if he would have followed the rules and had his proof or walked away to find it he would be alive.
