Darce Choke like Jeff Glover

In 2006 Jeff Glover taught me his spinning technique from Half Guard that got him to the Darce or Front Headlock. I was at Legends MMA in Hollywood, California when he showed it and I’ve used it ever since. I learned the Darce itself from Jason Mayhem Miller a few months prior at Legends. Good times! Then the evolution took off!
