How many times have you got to the end of the class and thought…’I haven’t improved at all!’ or perhaps – ‘I feel like I am getting worse’. In this video I discuss the reality of this great sport – that sometimes you get real lows, where you feel absolutely terrible, where you just get smashed. But the beauty is…after the lows you will almost certainly come back with a better night. And often it’s in these lows we learn.
