Double kouchi- it’s only possible when you 1st get your opponents weight moving from the toes to the heels. At any point in a match you must be able to tell where your opponents weight is. If when In the Seated vs standing position it is leaning forward on to the toes, pull them forward on to you. If their weight is leaning back on to the heels, push them backwards. Here, you see this clear dynamic. I utilize pulling grips on the upper body to elicit a pull back reaction. If my opponent didn’t pull away it would have been easy to pull him into ashi garami. Since he did pull away it was an easy thing to get his weight moving backwards with double kouchi and follow up into a double leg.
