Double Unders Pass – Truck – Back Take

I teach the kids just like I do with adults. The Grey and Yellow ranks are for exposing the kids to new concepts and systems.

This is a fundamental pass you can teach to kids and adults and sprinkle in calf cranks, splits, twisters, passes to side control, back take variations, counters etc.
