Estamos chegando na metade do ano e na primeira vez na minha carreira como atleta e não estou me preparando para essa competição que é o Campeonato Mundial e acontece todo o ano no final de maio em Long Beach na Califórnia.
O que nos resta é relembrar, aqui um vídeo com os meus melhores momentos dessa competição no ano de 2019 e a conquista do meu 12 e 13 Título Mundial.

We are almost in the middle of the year and the first time in my career as an athlete I’m not getting ready for this competition which is the Jiu Jitsu World Championship that takes place every year between May / June in Long Beach, California.
With all that going on in the world what is left for us is to remember, here it’s a video with my best moments from this competition in 2019 and the achievement of my 12th and 13th World Title.
