After seven weeks of training post-European Championship in Lisbon, today marked the last day of double sessions! 🔥 Next week is all about cutting the final weight, maintaining workouts, and traveling.

I focused on recovery at @unfair.advantage.recovery and had a PT session at @control_physical_therapy to keep everything in check. 💆‍♂️🦾

Here are 3 key tips for the final week before a tournament:
