Five Advanced Leglock Entries

Leglock entries can be divided into inside and outside entries, and to become a high level no gi leglocker you need to use them both! Here are examples of both styles of entries, along with how you might use one style to set up the other to more easily catch your opponent in a match-ending submission.

With Chris Wojcik who is a leglock expert, ADCC competitor, and the creator of The Grappler’s Diary (https://thegrapplersdiary.substack.com/).

You can check out my in-depth podcast with Chris about how B Team prepared for ADCC and CJI here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aahJznxxEsE
