In this video I go over in detail how to get that heel hook. This is an amazingly powerful technique and needs to be executed with absolute care. The results can be catastrophic. So be careful with this one guys. Having said that, this technique I think should be part of everyone’s arsenal. Once you know it well, you will also know how to recognise it and defend against it.
