Helio Moreira started out in BJJ at 7 under the supervision of Elias Mastins and Cirilo Azevedo. At 14 he moved to Rio de Janeiro, where he was taught by the Machado brothers and became a black-belt under Carlos Gracie Jr. Here he teaches us how to do transitions from the X-guard.
