Here’s a finishing chest work out. This is a set where I went pretty heavy, which I usually don’t. 185×10, 205×8, 225×6, 275×4, 315×4, 335×2, finished with 225 until failure (17). Current body weight is 220lbs at 6 ft 2 with a 77 inch reach (people always ask in the comments), and I currently can’t eat food 😂. You can also tell I still hate lifting
