In a Game of Lapels. You Worm or you die

This is a very basic but often underused lapel attack. The lapelata operates as omoplata but instead of using the arm we use the lapel as a lever to break posture and work our way to the back or sweep. Here I set the lapelata up with a brabo choke attack. In our next video we will look at how the lapel operates exactly like an omoplata when your opponent defends.
