Livia and Lachlan Giles take part in this live lockdown yoga flow class on instagram with Sebastian Brosche. Lachlan Giles and Livia both enjoy to be tested and have been doing some yoga for BJJ during the lockdown period so this class was designed to start at a beginner level and continue to ramp up. Join these 3 as they go through a pretty tough yoga flow workout and test their endurance and flexibility. There are plenty of good stretches in this class and it is a good full body yoga class that can be used as a test to see where you and your yoga practice and training is. If parts of this class get too hard you can watch along with them but try and test your abilities and improve yourself/

Livia Giles has medalled at ADCC, no gi worlds, world pro and is a world champion at brown belt, purple belt AND blue belt.
Lachlan Giles has competed on EBI, has medalled at multiple world championships as well as the ADCC world championship, the UAEJJF abu dhabi grand slam and is a pan american champion no gi and gi. They are both amazing coaches at Absolute MMA and are known very well amongst the jiu jitsu community for their accomplishments and content they share with us all.
