  13. Anyone should realized the importance of gi training in the explanation of why he hates gi training. You can't force techniques that easy and are required to execute techniques better or be able to adapt. If you don't like the gi..just say its too hard or too technical for you.

  16. Gordon enjoys training no gi……. no problem…… i remember hating training in the gi and loving NO Gi-did it two years straight. Now, I hate no gi and train with the gi and i feel beginners who do no gi are sloppy and only go for heel hooks, toe holds, and foot locks I don't even train, drill footlock (purple belt) and when i jump in in no go class seldomly– i heel hook the fu ck out of them and they try so hard for heel hooks, i see it a mile away, i just stuff their one dimensional game with basic jiu jitsu. Whatever, i'll stop ranting, who the fuck am i?
