the best thing about experience is that you learn how to train with anybody. I enjoy training with competitors and emulating competition situations, thats when they learn the most about strategy, peace and approach.

A maior vantagem em ter experiencia é que voce aprende como treinar com qualquer aluno, independente de tamanho ou idade. Eu gosto de treinar com os competidores e tentar replicar situações que eles enfrentarão no campeonato, pois isso ajuda muito no entendimento das regras, controle da intensidade da luta e como reagir a cada desafio.
