@shelbyaoj started training at our kids programs and in her first year as juvenile she won double gold at Europeans 2019

1. sit up guard to the back
2. power knee slide to armbar
3. long step to leg weave to the back
4. back attack using the lapel
5. kiss of the dragon to leg drag + back attack switching sides
6. double pull back attack using x guard hooks
