treinando com o Tainan @tainandalpra ontem. era bem mais fácil treinar com ele a uns dois anos atras hahah o que era fácil pra mim agora é fácil pra ele ? neste video estamos fazendo treino especifico. ele ficando em controle de guarda e reposição, limitando os ataques, enquanto eu trabalho o controle de distancia e ataques por cima. quando ele raspa ou encaixa alguma raspagem voltamos na posição inicial. objetivo da pessoa por cima é aumentar a intensidade da luta e dificultar o encaixe de ataques. assista o round completo e mais: artofjiujitsu.com/sign-up
