art of jiu jitsu black belts @tainandalpra and @johnatha teaching my classes while I am gone. tainan has been studying omoplata details for a while and it was a great opportunity for him to share it with everyone. some of our black belts are already in for some matches in the next couple of months. @tainandalpra has two matches (one in the US and one in Brazil) – @johnatha has one in the US and @jessakhan also has one in the US – all in great events and against some good competitors.
