Pan Kids 2019 around the corner. This video shows my training with two of our athletes that will be representing the team at the event. 14 years old green belt. Last year in the kids division for them and they already have the discipline and mentality that it takes to succeed at any future division.

Feliz em ver a disciplina e maturidade nos treinos destes atletas, ambos com 14 anos e estarão participando do ultimo Pan Kids antes de entrarem no juvenil, ambos ja venceram o evento diversas vezes nos anos anteriores.
