people asked me what I did today for my birthday. I did the same thing I do everyday. theres no need to change when you are happy. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be with my family and teach jiu jitsu. I would not change a thing.
this sunday the kids team will compete at pan kids 2019, i dont know if the team will win another title or not, but I enjoy so much watching their transformation thought the process of preparing to compete for something they care about. to me its the most valuable lesson someone can have. theres never a guarantee of success but you can only have it if you give yourself a try.
