Mounted Monoplata Sequence

I had the pleasure of visiting my Alma Mater @three.rivers.academy recently and training with some great friends and former students. I made this reel for the sequence I’ve some success with and refined over the years. From mount: how to set up the kneeling kimura, transition into mono-plata, and eventually the straight arm lock.
