My awesome coworker Demetrius was nice enough to let me work on some #weaponretention from the #graciesurvivaltactics curriculum at the end of our bi-annual 10 hr in-service training. Aside from a few exceptions, if you are stuck on the ground @ryrongracie and @renergracie would say that overhooks are best for punch protection and underhooks are best for weapon retention.
