NOGI MATRIX BACKTAKE//
Hey guys here is a super cool back take I was able to get in my match! Notice the wedge I create with my left arm on the IC (iliac crest) side of hip bone of my opponent. This stops the opponents hips from falling to the mat to face me and enables me to flank around my opponent to the back where I was able to stay the rest of the match! Happy each match I can show a new element of my nogi game I am working on! Still a lot of work to do but it’s coming together 🙂 ❤️.

🇧🇷 Oi pessoal fala tuuuu, aqui tô atacando a costa dele com uma posição gosto mto de fazer a “matrix.” Uma detalhe q to fazendo dessa luta aí pode ver a forma q meu braço esquerdo tá preso de baixo o quadril dele no (IC) – o lado do quadril. Por causa disso consigo flanquear e atacar as costas. Tô feliz cada luta q tô fazendo vcs podem um parte diferente do meu jiu jitsu. Está vez foi atacando as costas.
