O-Uchi-Gari is one of the greatest throws in Judo. Done correctly, it can slam a bad guy flat to his back with devastating, teeth-rattling force. Even in deep sand, the force of the impact can be easily heard here. Notice how Nik drives his own head down into Si’s chest, as he smashes down with both fists–multiplying the impact. If your partner does not have a strong neck and cannot keep his chin tucked tightly, then there is a good chance his head will bounce on the floor – ground…knocking him out.
