One of the main reasons no gi guys hate training in the gi is they don’t have the knowledge of all the grip breaks for every position. Every control guard in Jiujitsu has grips that slow you down significantly. But with simple knowledge of how to break every one of these grips from all the guards you are free as a bird to fly around and move really fast. And then use your top grips to dominate. The reason I play lapel guards is that they are the only guards in jj that are very very difficult to break. Anyways sign up to my website to see all the grip break knowledge so you don’t get stuck in someone’s guard and feel helpless. @hyperfly
