The Decepticon is a deep-lateral from an over-under, which throws a guy over your underhook–but–if he posts his over-hook hand to the mat to stop the throw–you simply pop your hips and take him over your over-hook shoulder. This misdirection lateral-drop is very deceptive (hence its name) and hard to stop when done correctly and at the right time.
