The Estima Lock!

A great little footlock developed by the Estima brothers. The lock works by keeping the top of your training partners foot stuck to the your own abs. Combined this with some specific movement, which I discuss in the video, make an incredibly powerful footlock. You will have to tap quick. Be careful with your training partners on this one.
