This is how we closed out Week 1 of the #CoronaChallenge ๐๐ป with a prayer and meditation by our black belt and Pastor @felipebassis ๐ฅ Every week we will have a peace of prayer about the core values we believe in accords to the Bible. In moments like these we emphasize how important it is for us to train not only our body, but most importantly, our mind and spirit. That is exactly what we did today through this amazing piece of content. The core value today is about faith, we must trust and understand God is with us and for us.
