The Russian Tie commonly found is wrestling is also simply called the Two on One…. I doubt Russians actually call this series… the Russian Tie.

On of our most effective Jiu-Jitsu throws in TRITAC-Jitsu is the Uchi Mata throw, a very common judo throw. What is great about the Uchi Mata jiu-jitsu throw is that it sets up a variety of other takedowns, including the Ankle pick.

The Ankle pick is a wrestling takedown that can be used effectively in Jiu-Jitsu, MMA and Self-Defense.

When we’re training for self-defense, we’re also looking for the simplest and most effective self-defense techniques that require little effort and just “flow”.

Flow is very important in TRITAC-Jitsu. We don’t just want to train one self-defense technique and call it a day. We need to learn how to put the fighting techniques together into a flow that makes it easy to remember and train.
