At first glance, it looks like a Khabarelli technique, something the Georgians are known for, but look carefully at her grip and the direction of her throw. She grips the belt with her left hand, which normally means she would throw to her left but Liparteliani consistently throws to her right off a left-handed grip. This is highly unusual. But hey, it works!
