Many of the people who follow my work are in the master crowd, though I know younger practitioners tune in as well. As you get older, balancing personal and professional responsibilities while competing in Jiu-Jitsu requires serious dedication and sacrifice—whether it’s time away from friends and family 👨👩👧👦 or maintaining a strict diet 🥗, all by choice.
I’m fortunate to work with Jiu-Jitsu, giving me the flexibility to structure my training in the best way possible, guided by my strength & conditioning coach @itallovilardo . 🏋️♂️
The best advice? “Do the best you can with the resources, tools, and knowledge you have now.” ✅ Organize your routine in a way that’s realistic, stick to the plan, and most importantly—execute. 🎯
