Yesterday I had the pleasure of rolling with 11 year old @lightsout_liamjones. What an amazing young man. Liam read my entire book and had me sign it. He didn’t ask me to train, I asked him. I was planning on rolling just 3 minutes or so with him but I was having so much fun we went longer. He came all the way from Pittsburgh for Gordon’s seminar.
Also, I had no choice but to heel hook him in the end. An inverted heel hook none the less. It felt great too. 🤗🤗🤣🤣
I’m 230 right now and had a controlled awesome roll with an 11 year old, that’s the beauty of Jiu-Jitsu.
